These settings display the user’s specific information and options. Here, you can see your user profiles, user name, e-mail and manage the following settings:
Time Zone: Choose the correct time zone for the application.
Guides:
Show terms definitions: Choose whether to turn on or off the terms and definitions pop overs that appear in various parts of the application.
Show Welcome Tour: Choose whether to turn on or off the Welcome Tour that is displayed when you login.
Show Interactive Tutorials: Choose whether to turn on or off the interactive Tutorials notifications that are located in various sections of the application, such as Case.
Notifications:
Receive Email Notifications: Choose whether to turn on or off e-mail notifications from every action in the application.
Receive Slack Notifications:Choose whether to turn on or off slackbot “CASEE” notifications on case actions in the application.
Receive Desktop Notifications:Choose whether to turn on or off windows desktop notifications on case actions in the application.
To access these settings:
On any screen, navigate to the bottom left corner of the screen where your name is displayed.
The display will transition, showing you a wrench icon (User settings) and a power icon (Log off). Select the wrench icon to access the user profile.
